Royal Academy Young Artists' Summer Show - Creative Collaboration Prize!
BackWe are delighted to inform you that the collaborative artwork, ‘Summer Breeze’, which was submitted and chosen for this year’s Young Artists’ Summer Show, has been selected for a Creative Collaboration prize!
This is a brilliant accomplishment for Joseph Clarke School – huge congratulations to Laura Obon and Victoria class for their collaborative artwork. This work was chosen for the exhibition from over 21,000 submissions that they received! To also receive the Creative Collaboration Prize is an amazing achievement.
We have won a £500 art materials voucher which can be used to buy art materials for our school in the new academic year.
The textile piece represents our perception of summer: feeling the sun’s warmth, touching the grass, playing in the park and eating ice cream.
The artwork is available to view until 13th August at the Royal Academy, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London, W1J 0BD. Please take a look!
