Golf Day Update 2024

Well, what another fantastic day.  The rain held off and England beat the Netherlands...!

The event was, once again, a resounding success for the Trust and if all the money pledged is received, the amount raised will be around the target of £5,000!!

Thanks go to all the Sponsors, Advertisers, Trustees etc that made this possible.  Also, a special thanks to Chris Mitchell for carrying out the MC duties…!

Thanks to the staff at Theydon Bois Golf Club who also contributed to ensure that the day ran smoothly and to finish the Presentation Dinner in time to watch England’s historic win!

The Trustees will be meeting soon to discuss the Aims and Objectives for the rest of 2024 and 2025 but it goes without saying that the Trust will ensure that the Golf Day will feature again next year.  The venue and date will be agreed at the Trust’s next meeting and we will hopefully return to Theydon Bois Golf Club.

The Headteacher, Chadia Filali-Moutei, will soon be able to present the school's "Wish List" for the next academic year for the Trustees to consider and hopefully some of them will be funded from the money raised from this event!
